Sponsor Information shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause . “Sponsor Personal Data” shall mean any Personal Data that the Institution, its employees, agents or subcontractors Processes on behalf of Sponsor in performing the Clinical Trial. • The Sponsor Information, the Materials and any other information, data and documents, regardless whether in written, graphical, electronic or oral form, disclosed by Sponsor or by a third party on behalf of Sponsor, regardless whether prior to or during the term of this Agreement, as well as all Research Results, Inventions and any other data, information, and documents that relate to the Clinical Trial or Sponsor are “Confidential Information” of Sponsor.

• Currently, benefits are provided through the following fund Sponsor: Information packages and enrollment forms are available in the Office of Human Resources.

• The Parties agree that any improvement, enhancement or modification made, conceived or developed by Covance to any Covance Property in the performance of the Services which is not specific or related directly to the Test Materials or Sponsor Information, shall be deemed Covance Property and shall vest absolutely and exclusively in Covance.

• Sponsor agrees that all PRA Information, along with any improvement, alteration or enhancement made thereto during the course of the Services, will be the exclusive proprietary and confidential property of PRA, and will be subject to the same degree of protection as is required of PRA to protect Sponsor Information.

• MAYO and INVESTIGATOR further agree that upon the termination of this Agreement, completion of work performed under the Project or at the request of Sponsor, MAYO and INVESTIGATOR will, at SPONSOR's option, either destroy or promptly return, at SPONSOR's expense, to SPONSOR, all Sponsor Information and Sponsor Material.

• The Sponsor shall also provide Covance with all applicable, relevant, accurate and duly authorized Sponsor Information as may be required by Covance to perform the Services, which relates to the Test Materials, including the purity, stability, batch number, storage, transportation and safety requirements or other relevant information known by the Sponsor.

• All information regarding laboratory methods, laboratory pricing, and laboratory management and all information regarding QLAB’s operations, including but not limited to QLAB Property (as defined in Section 5 below), disclosed by QLAB to Sponsor in connection with this Agreement or any CCLS is proprietary, confidential information belonging to QLAB (the “QLAB Confidential Information”, and together with the Sponsor Information, the “Confidential Information”).

• PRA shall use all reasonable efforts to destroy all notes, summaries, analyses and reports made by PRA’s employees, agents and consultants containing such Sponsor Information.

• Trustee agrees to protect all Plan Sponsor Information obtained through providing the Services as detailed in this Attachment C.

Sponsor Information means the Personally Identifiable Information of a student or the student’s parent or other family member that is (i) contained in the student’s Education Records and (ii) provided by Sponsor to Contractor in connection with this Agreement.
