Sponsor Undertaking definition

Sponsor Undertaking means the agreement entered into between the Sponsor, the Issuer, the Debenture Trustee pursuant to the terms of this Deed and Debenture Documents.
Sponsor Undertaking means the undertaking letter from GCI substantially in the form of Exhibit H hereto, as such undertaking letter may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified, renewed or replaced from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Sponsor Undertaking means the undertaking executed by the Sponsor dated on or about the date of this Agreement in favour of the Guarantor.
