Sponsored Links definition

Sponsored Links means the Ask Jeeves program by which Ask Jeeves serves a compensated advertising listing that (a) is text based; and (b) includes title, description, advertiser URL (defined below) and linking mechanism and is sublicensed by Ask Jeeves to Customer pursuant to Ask Jeeves’ agreement with its third party supplier(s). Such program may be updated by Ask Jeeves from time to time.
Sponsored Links means links to other advertisers according to categories and capabilities determined by Verizon. Sponsored Links are not Pay Per Click Advertisements.

Examples of Sponsored Links in a sentence

  • During the Term, Google shall have the right to send uncompensated Queries using automated processes to Customer Site in order to verify that Sponsored Links are being served in compliance with the terms of this Agreement and for testing purposes.

  • Google will assist Customer in providing the Google Sponsored Links Program, whereby Google shall provide Sponsored Links to Customer and its End Users according to the terms of this Agreement and no later than the delivery date (“Test Date”) indicated on the table below.

  • The layout and formatting for the Sponsored Links shall be substantially consistent with that set forth in Schedule F, or in such other manner as the parties may mutually agree from time to time.

  • All Sponsored Links shall contain mutually agreed Linking Mechanisms.

  • A Search Query will only return search results (including Sponsored Links) unless otherwise authorized in writing by Client; information entered as a Search Query may not be used to or for User profile-building by Synacor or the Search Services Provider.

  • The following sample results pages shall serve as an example as to the relative position and size of the Sponsored Links that will be placed an Customer Results Pages.

  • Upon receiving a Result Set provided in accordance with the Service Level Agreement attached hereto as Schedule I (the “SLA”) and including Sponsored Links, Customer may display all Sponsored Links included in the Result Set without any Google brand attribution in Customer’s multi-category search results pages, an example of which is in Schedule F attached hereto (the “Multi-Category Page”).

  • Three (3) such Sponsored Links shall be displayed in wide format.

  • All Sponsored Links requests sent by Customer to Google as part of GSLP shall include End User IP address and user agent information to allow Google to better target advertisements and assist in preventing spam, automated Queries and other fraud, in no event shall Sponsored Links requests sent by Customer to Google contain information that is personally identifiable.

  • Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, Customer shall request the minimum number of Sponsored Links per Results Page (as defined below) stated in the Order Form, and Google shall transmit to Customer at least such minimum number of Sponsored Links, as available (“Advertising Results Set”).

Related to Sponsored Links

  • Advertiser means a company that (i) advertises its brands, products, and/or services via the Advertisements; and/or (ii) interacts with Consumers on its Digital Properties or through its Ads in relation to its brands, products, and/or services.

  • Supported Web Browser means the current release from time to time of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari, or any other web browser that the Provider agrees in writing shall be supported;

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Policy Web Pages means the web pages available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or such other URLs or Web pages as the Funder or the Ministry may advise from time to time.
