Sports Clips definition
Sports Clips and “7-Eleven”, determined on a case by case basis in the reasonable discretion of the Company (the “Market Commission”). The Market Commission rate will be set by the Company from time to time and from account to account, based upon the Net Sales and Net Profit of all shipments to specific accounts or programs originated through the Executive’s personal direct sales efforts as determined in the reasonable discretion of the Company; and
Sports Clips and “7-Eleven” accounts (the “Sales Commission”, and together with the Market Commission, the “Commissions”).
