Spousal Consent has the meaning set forth in Section 7.19.
Required Consents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.
Governmental Consents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.
Required Consent has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.
Customary Post-Closing Consents means the consents and approvals from Governmental Bodies for the assignment of the Assets to Purchaser that are customarily obtained after the assignment of properties similar to the Assets.
Material Consents as defined in Section 7.3.
Governmental Consent means any notice to, registration, declaration or filing with, exemption or review by, or authorization, order, consent or approval of, any Governmental Entity, or the expiration or termination of any statutory waiting periods;
Seller Consents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.03.
Authorization Form means a form specified in s. 440.73.
Consents, Clearances and Permits means all authorizations, licenses, approvals, registrations, permits, waivers, privileges, acknowledgements, agreements, or concessions required to be obtained from or provided by any concerned authority for the purpose of setting up of the generation facilities and/ or supply of power;
Rollover Notification Date shall be defined as set forth in the Prospectus under "Summary of Essential Information."
Approvals or Notifications means any consents, waivers, approvals, permits or authorizations to be obtained from, notices, registrations or reports to be submitted to, or other filings to be made with, any third Person, including any Governmental Authority.
Spousal support order means a support order for a spouse or former spouse of the obligor.
Company Consent mean, respectively, a written request, order or consent signed in the name of the Company by an Officer of the Company.
Affirmative consent means affirmative, conscious, and voluntary agreement to engage in sexual activity.
Estoppel Certificate As defined in Section 23.1(a).
Requisite Consents means all approvals, permissions and consents (whether statutory or otherwise) required from time to time from parties other than the Consultees in respect of the works or activities covered by a Proposal;
Waiver eligibility span means the twelve-month period following either an individual's initial waiver enrollment date or a subsequent eligibility re- determination date.
Consent Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.09(a) hereof.
Rollover Notice shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.2.
Authorization Letter means a letter agreement executed by Borrower in the form of EXHIBIT A.
Acknowledgment Agreement The document, substantially in the form of Exhibit B, to be executed by the Owner and the Servicer on or prior to each Closing Date which document shall amend the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached as Exhibit A hereto to reflect the addition of Mortgage Loans to such Exhibit A and which document reflects the addition of Mortgage Loans which are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Statewide special election means a special election called by the governor or the
UCC Filing Authorization Letter means a letter duly executed by each Loan Party authorizing the Collateral Agent to file appropriate financing statements on Form UCC-1 without the signature of such Loan Party in such office or offices as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the Collateral Agent, desirable to perfect the security interests purported to be created by each Security Agreement and each Mortgage.
Consents means all filings and all licenses, permits, consents, approvals, authorizations, qualifications and orders of governmental authorities and other third parties, domestic or foreign, necessary to carry on any Borrower's business, including, without limitation, any Consents required under all applicable federal, state or other applicable law.
Waivers means exemptions from or waivers of Buy American Laws, or the procedures and conditions used by an executive department or agency (agency) in granting exemptions from or waivers of Buy American Laws.
