Spread Discount definition

Spread Discount for a particular Originator, as measured on any Payment Date, shall be calculated in accordance with the following formula: SD = AUB x S where: SD = Spread Discount for such Originator as measured on such Payment Date AUB, in respect of such Originator, has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.1 S = Spread of two (2.0) basis points.
