Spring Sports. Softball / Baseball Opens: Jan. 18th Closes: March 6th All individuals interested in applying for a coaching position should complete the application / agreement and submit it to the athletic director via email (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) prior to the application deadline. If there are no applicants for a specific team, the application will be extended until coaching position is filled. Once the application period is closed, all applications will be reviewed by a coach selection committee comprised of the specific sport coordinator, the assistant athletic director, and / or the athletic director. Phone interviews and / or personal interviews may be held. The coach selection committee will make the final decision for selecting the head coach for each team. The coach selection committee will respond to all those individuals that have applied for a coaching position. In cases with many applicants for the same position, the selection process may include gradually reducing the pool of candidates. Applicants not chosen for a head coaching position may be informed of this before the final decision is made. Applicants not selected for head coaching positions may be offered a position to be an assistant coach. Once the application period is closed, all applications will be reviewed by the coach selection committee. Phone interviews and / or personal interviews may be held. The coach selection committee will notify you that your name has been submitted to the selected head coach for their consideration. The head coach is responsible for selecting in conjunction with the coach selection committee the assistant(s) for his / her team from a list of qualified assistant coaches. Please note that notifications of coach selection(s) may or may not occur until after all coaching applications have been reviewed and completed.

• With major duties including: preparation and performance of the major school assemblies such as Fall, Winter and Spring Sports, working with the schools’ Administration on other campus projects and student motivation/involvement events.

• Concessionaire shall provide Concession Services during all District hosted home games or meets of Fall Sports in the Fall Season and Spring Sports in the Spring Season which occur in the Field House, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

• Head Coaching appointments shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: • Fall Sports – March • Winter Sports – July • Spring Sports – November All other Appendix B appointments shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: • Fall Sports, Fall and Full Year Activities – May • Winter Sports and Activities – September • Spring Sports and Activities – January All appointments shall be contingent on budgetary considerations.

• Any Security officer required to work the flex shift shall receive a stipend of $500.00 per sports season (Fall, Winter, Spring Sports seasons) in which the security officer works the flex shift.
