Sprint Group definition

Sprint Group means, collectively, Sprint Parent and its Affiliates (including Lessor) whose names are set forth in the signature pages of this Agreement or the Agreement to Lease and Sublease and any Affiliate of Sprint Parent which at any time becomes a "sublessor" under this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Each member of the Sprint Group is herein a "SPRINT GROUP MEMBER". Solely for purposes of Section 39, the term "SPRINT GROUP" will include each Sprint Group Member, the affiliated group of corporations and each member of such group within the meaning of Code Section 1504 of which any Sprint Group Member is or will become a member if such group will have filed a consolidated return; if applicable, each member in any entity classified as a partnership for federal income tax purposes and such entity itself if and to the extent such entity is treated as the tax owner of any of the Sites or portions of the Sites or such entity is a direct or indirect partner in another entity classified as a partnership which is so treated (in either case, a "SPRINT PARTNERSHIP"); and, if applicable, any entity owned by a Sprint Group Member or an Sprint Partnership that for federal income tax purposes is disregarded as an entity separate from its owner.

Related to Sprint Group

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract

  • Verizon means Verizon Communications Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • Sprint PCS means any or all of the following Related Parties who are License holders or signatories to the Management Agreement: Sprint Spectrum L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, WirelessCo, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, SprintCom, Inc., a Kansas corporation, PhillieCo Partners I, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, PhillieCo, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Sprint Telephony PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Sprint PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, American PCS Communications, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and APC PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Any reference in the Management Agreement or Services Agreement to Xxx Communications PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Xxx PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, is changed to Sprint Telephony PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Sprint PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, respectively, to reflect name changes filed with the Delaware Secretary of State in 2002.

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

  • Relevant Group means the Company and any affiliated, combined, consolidated, unitary or similar group of which the Company is or was a member.

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.

  • Service Group means any one or more (as the context may require) of the service groups described in this Schedule;

  • DBS Group means any of DBS’s subsidiaries, DBS’s holding company and any subsidiaries of DBS’s holding company;

  • Xxxxx Group means Xxxxx and any Affiliate of Xxxxx.

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates;

  • Comcast means Comcast Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation.

  • SpinCo Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of SpinCo as of immediately after the Effective Time, including the Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SpinCo.

  • Broadridge means Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc.

  • SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Xxxxxx Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.

  • Remainco Group means RemainCo and its Subsidiaries, other than the SpinCo Group.

  • Management Group means at any time, the Chairman of the board of directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President, any Treasurer and any Secretary of Holdings or other executive officer of Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings at such time.

  • Partnership Group means the Partnership and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;
