Sprint PCS Technical Program Requirements definition

Sprint PCS Technical Program Requirements means the operating and technical performance standards established by Sprint PCS, in accordance with Section 7.2 of the Management Agreement, as amended from time to time by Sprint PCS in accordance with the terms of the Management Agreement, for the Sprint PCS Network as they may be amended from time to time by Sprint PCS in accordance with the terms of the Management Agreement.
Sprint PCS Technical Program Requirements means the operating and technical performance standards established by Sprint PCS, in accordance with Section 7.2 of the Management Agreement, as amended from time to time by Sprint PCS in accordance with the terms of the Management Agreement, for the Sprint PCS Network as the may be amended from time to time by Sprint PCS in accordance with the terms of the Management Agreement.

  • If technically feasible and commercially reasonable, Manager will operate the Service Area Network in a manner that permits a seamless handoff of a call initiated on the Service Area Network to any adjacent PCS network that is part of the Sprint PCS Network, as specified in the Sprint PCS Technical Program Requirements.
