SPV Operating Agreement definition
SPV Operating Agreement means the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the SPV, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.
SPV Operating Agreement means the agreement pursuant to which each Borrower Subsidiary is incorporated, formed or otherwise organized and which shall be reasonably acceptable to the Agent.
