SPV Security Agreement definition
SPV Security Agreement means the Security Agreement, dated as of August 20, 2010, between Bluestem SPV and the SPV Collateral Agent, as such agreement may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
SPV Security Agreement means the Security Agreement, dated as of May 15, 2008, between Fingerhut SPV and the SPV Collateral Agent, as such agreement may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
