Square Capital definition

Square Capital means either Square Capital of California, LLC or Square Capital, LLC as set forth above and includes its agents, authorized representatives, successors, and assignees.
Square Capital means Square Capital, LLC, a subsidiary of Square, Inc., and the servicer of Your loan, as agent on behalf of Bank and otherwise as agent of Bank.
