SSP Agreements definition

SSP Agreements means the Product Development and Cross-License, Assignment, Novation, Amendment and Consent Agreement dated December 19, 2003, by and among Bausch & Lomb, Seller and SSP Co., Ltd., and any other agreement entered into in connection therewith that is listed on Exhibit D. “SSP Co., Ltd.” means SSP Co., Ltd., a Japanese corporation.

Related to SSP Agreements

  • Lock-Up Agreements means the lock-up agreements that are delivered on the date hereof by each of the Company’s officers and directors, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Company IP Agreements means all licenses, sublicenses, consent to use agreements, settlements, coexistence agreements, covenants not to sue, waivers, releases, permissions and other Contracts, whether written or oral, relating to Intellectual Property to which the Company is a party, beneficiary or otherwise bound.

  • Existing Agreements means the [*****].

  • Partnership Agreements means, collectively, all of the Partnership Agreements.

  • VIE Agreements means the documents as set forth in Appendix B hereto.
