Stacked Rigs definition

Stacked Rigs means, subject to clause (B) of the second sentence of the definition ofExcluded Rigs”, the cold-stacked Rigs set forth on Schedule 6.06(b).
Stacked Rigs means, at any time, Rigs (other than Decommissioned Rigs) that are currently being marketed, whether or not operable, but which are stored and have no crews.
Stacked Rigs means the following Rigs: Hibiscus (registered as of the Issue Date in Indonesia under Official Number 890+11D), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (registered as of the Issue Date in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands under Official Number 1744), Trident 15 (registered as of the Issue Date in Liberia under Official Number ▇▇▇▇), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Key (registered as of the Issue Date in Vanuatu under Official Number 1496), Key Hawaii (registered as of the Issue Date in Vanuatu under Official Number 1591) and any other Rig to the extent it is a “Stacked Rig” under and as defined in the Credit Agreement.

Examples of Stacked Rigs in a sentence

  • Except for Stacked Rigs, the Rig Fleet Equipment and all other Equipment shall be maintained in good operating condition and repair (reasonable wear and tear excepted) and all necessary replacements of and repairs thereto shall be made so that the value and operating efficiency of the Rig Fleet Equipment and other Equipment shall be maintained and preserved.
