Examples of StadCo Representative in a sentence

  • If the dispute is not resolved within five (5) Business Days after the date of the giving of a Dispute Notice, then the Authority Representative and the StadCo Representative shall meet at a mutually agreeable time and place within ten (10) Business Days after the date of the giving of a Dispute Notice in order to endeavor, in good faith, to resolve such dispute.

  • Requests shall include a description of the subject matter and any documentation required by the Authority Construction Representative to allow StadCo sufficient notice of the same and allow the StadCo Representative, if necessary, to have the appropriate members of the Project Team at the meeting.
