Stadium Builder Licenses definition

Stadium Builder Licenses or “SBL” means seat licenses sold by the City, as owner of the Ballpark, to the general public as authorized in the Act. Such licenses will grant holders the right, among others, to purchase tickets for certain seats to events held at the Ballpark. “Stonegate, FGJN, and Division Street Land Lease Agreement” means the Amended and Restated Lease Agreement (Stonegate, FGJN, and Division Street Land) in the form and substance attached hereto as Exhibit H and made a part hereof.

  • The SBL Proceeds shall be deposited into a segregated City account for the payment or reimbursement of the Initial Construction Costs or Operations and Maintenance Costs of the Ballpark, as set forth in the documents relating to the Stadium Builder Licenses.
