Stadium Events means concerts, sporting events, and similar types of stadium functions to which tickets will be made available to the general public, other than Excluded Events and Team Games.

Stadium Events means Team Events, Tennessee State University football games, and any and all other events or activities of any kind at the Stadium which are permitted under the Stadium Lease, excluding events hosted by the Sports Authority, where tickets are distributed to more than 20,000 people.

Stadium Events means Soccer Events and any and all other events or activities of any kind to the extent such are not Prohibited Uses and are not Authority Events or Fairground Events.

• The Licensee and the Licensee’s Guests will be bound by and must observe the terms and conditions upon which tickets for admission to the Stadium have been issued, including but not limited to any policy adopted with respect to the cancellation, re-scheduling, or postponement of Team Games or Stadium Events, as applicable.

• The Licensee acknowledges that the Event Organizers may adopt policies, rules, and regulations independently from StadCo or TeamCo relating to the Licensee’s attendance at Stadium Events and that a violation of any of such policies, rules, and regulations may, in the discretion of the PSL Agent, also constitute a violation of this License Agreement.

• This License Agreement and the PSL(s) granted hereunder does not entitle the Licensee to: (i) admission to any Team Games played at the Stadium, (ii) admission to any Team Games, Stadium Events, or other functions held at the Stadium, (iii) a reduction or discount in the price of tickets to Team Games or Stadium Events, or (iv) an equity or ownership interest in the Authority, StadCo, TeamCo, the Team, or the Stadium or any part thereof.

• If the Board or its designee determines that employees are needed for overtime work for Stadium Events, the overtime shall be offered to all maintenance, maintenance helpers and elementary custodians on a continuous rotating basis starting in order of seniority.

• Each concessionaire’s workers shall not unreasonably disturb or offend Stadium Patrons or disturb or interfere with any Stadium Events.

More Definitions of Stadium Events

Stadium Events shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals. “Stadium Lease” shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals. “Subagent” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Stadium Events means events conducted at Browns Stadium, excluding all Professional Football Games.

Stadium Events has the meaning set forth in the Stadium Lease. (bbb) “Stadium Lease” has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Stadium Events means any event scheduled at the Stadium other than Games, including, without limitation, post-season Games and other NFL events and non-NFL events at the Stadium.

Stadium Events and “Arena Events” shall mean University sports and any other events to be held at the Stadium or the Arena during the Term for which tickets of admission are offered for sale or distribution to the general public or members of the public are otherwise invited.

Stadium Events means all City Events and all Hardball Events. MM. "Stadium Management Agreement" shall mean that certain Stadium Management Agreement by and between Hardball or an affiliate thereof and the City, of even date herewith, providing for the management and operation of the Stadium, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit II(PP).

Stadium Events has the meaning given to that term in Section 4.1 hereof.
