Stadium Project has the meaning assigned to that term in the Development Agreement. “Stadium Lease Agreement” means that certain Stadium Lease Agreement, dated as of [ ], 2018, between the Authority and StadCo, as amended, restated, supplemented and otherwise modified from time to time.

Related to Stadium Project

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.
