Staff Personnel definition

Staff Personnel means all natural persons who serve to aid the Company in conducting its business, in particular on the basis of an employment, business management or service relationship, as well as all natural persons who are part of an outsourcing agreement with an outsourcing enterprise within the group, who do not qualify as Executives and who are not Executive Board Members.
