Staffing Requirements means all personnel reasonably required to deliver services in accordance with this Agreement to the CDS Entities and the Real Estate Assets as set forth in the Annual Business Plan and Budget, whether related to each individual Real Estate Asset or on a collective basis.

The facility must employ a Director who works full time, a minimum of 32 hour per week with emergency availability, performing duties related to the provision of adult day care service. The facility must employ an Activities Director full time, a minimum of 32 hours per week, responsible for planning and directing the daily program activities including physical fitness exercises and other recreational activities. The contracting nutrition provider must receive consultation from a dietician. The dietitian consultant plans and/or reviews menus and approves snack and luncheon menus.
