Stage 2 Site definition

Stage 2 Site means those areas where the Stage 2 Liquefaction Facility will be located as shown in greater detail in Attachment Y.
Stage 2 Site means those areas where the Stage 2 Liquefaction Facility is located as further described in the Stage 2 EPC Agreement and Attachment Y.

Examples of Stage 2 Site in a sentence

  • Additional Stage 2 Site inspections and technical reviews will be held by FERC staff prior to commencement of operation.

  • The Contractor shall prepare and provide to Owner within ninety (90) Days following Notice to Proceed, its policies and plans for managing industrial relations at the Stage 2 Site, for review by Owner.

  • Except as expressly set forth in Section 3.25, Contractor shall limit its operations to the Stage 2 Site.

  • All Equipment arriving on Stage 2 Site shall be inspected by Contractor to ensure that it is marked according to Project requirements, and purchase order instructions.

  • The Contractor shall provide provisions for suitable first-aid facilities which shall be available to all personnel at the Stage 2 Site, including those employed by Owner, Subcontractors and visitors.

  • As soon as practicable after the completion of all Punchlist items, Contractor shall remove all Construction Equipment, construction trailers and other temporary facilities, and all other items brought onto the Stage 2 Site by Contractor, Subcontractors or Sub-subcontractors which are not the property of Owner, and remove from the Stage 2 Site and properly dispose of all scrap materials, debris and spoil.

  • The Contractor shall provide adequate washing and latrine facilities for its workforce and for visitors permitted on the Stage 2 Site.

  • Disposal of such materials outside the Stage 2 Site shall be to a properly licensed land fill or environmental waste subcontractor, in accordance with Applicable Law and Permits.

  • Commencing with LNTP a progress meeting shall be held each Month by Contractor at the Stage 2 Site or at an alternate site mutually agreeable to Owner and Contractor and at a mutually agreeable time, for the purpose of reviewing with Owner the Monthly Progress Report issued during such Month.

Related to Stage 2 Site

  • Stage 2 means the construction of the second hotel and other developments facilities and amenities referred to in the Development Proposals;

  • Stage 1 means the area at Port Xxxxxxx which is the subject of this Agreement and of the ERMP and which is shown bordered in purple as “stage 1” on Department of Land Administration 4 Miscellaneous Plan No. 1743;

  • Phase 3 means the period commencing on the day after the Phase 2 implementation date and ending on the Phase 3 implementation date (as defined below).

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Marijuana testing facility means an entity licensed to analyze and certify the safety and potency of marijuana.

  • Phase 2 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation to receive Rebuilt Line 972; (2) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Line 972 not performed in Phase 1; (3) construction of Relocated Line 15; (4) the construction of Bused Line 5; (5) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Relocated Line 15; and (6) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Bused Line 5.

  • Phase III means human clinical trials, the principal purpose of which is to establish substantial evidence of both safety and efficacy in patients with the disease or condition being studied, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(c) or similar clinical study in a country other than the United States. Phase III shall also include any other human clinical trial intended to serve as a pivotal trial to support the submission of an application for regulatory approval.

  • Phase I Study means a human clinical trial in any country that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(a) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • Phase 2 Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial of a product in any country that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b) and is intended to explore a variety of doses, dose response, and duration of effect, and to generate initial evidence of clinical safety and activity in a target patient population, or a similar clinical study prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authorities in a country other than the United States.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Phase 2 Trial means a human clinical trial conducted on study subjects with the disease or condition being studied for the principal purpose of achieving a preliminary determination of efficacy or appropriate dosage ranges, as further described in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(b) (including any such clinical study in any country other than the United States).

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Phase I Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial that is intended to initially evaluate the safety and/or pharmacological effect of a Product in subjects or that would otherwise satisfy requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a), or its foreign equivalent.

  • Phase I Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product, the principal purpose of which is a preliminary determination of safety in healthy individuals or patients, as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a).

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • Phase 3 Study means a clinical study of a drug candidate in human patients that incorporates accepted endpoints for confirmation of statistical significance of efficacy and safety with the aim to obtain Regulatory Approval in any country as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(c), or a comparable clinical study prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authority in a country other than the United States. The relevant drug candidate may be administered to patients as a single agent or in combination with other investigational or marketed agents.

  • Phase II Study means a study in humans of the safety, dose ranging or efficacy of a product, as further defined in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(b) (or the equivalent thereof outside the United States).

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".

  • Phase 1 Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial of a Licensed Product that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a) or corresponding foreign regulations.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.

  • Phase II means the second part of the tuition incentive assistance program which provides assistance in the third and fourth year of 4-year degree programs.

  • Phase II Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product initiated to determine the safety and efficacy in the target patient population, as described 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b).
