"Television Rights" means: to exploit the Pay Television Rights and the Free Television Rights (but for the avoidance of doubt not exploiting the Demand View Rights or the Internet Rights) "Theatrical Rights" means: to exhibit and perform the Film theatrically, in any gauge or width and by any means now known or hereafter invented in such venues as including (without limitation) commercial cinemas or theatres or any places licensed for the exhibition of films to members of the public. "Videogram Rights" means: to manufacture, distribute and exploit Videograms of the Film of any kind now known or hereafter invented (i) for sale or rental thereof to members of the public for private home viewing (to be referred to respectively as "Videogram Sell- Through Rights" and "Videogram Rental Rights" or (ii) for exhibition in a theatre or like establishment which charges an admission to view the Videogram but which is not licensed as a traditional motion picture theatre ("Public Video Rights") <PAGE> </TEXT> </DOCUMENT>

  • Stage Rights and Theatric Rights in the Work are reserved to the Writer provided that the Writer hereby grants to the BBC the exclusive first option to acquire such rights throughout the world on terms to be agreed in good faith during the period ending one year following first Broadcast of any first programme based upon the Work or one year after Acceptance of the Work if earlier.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, absent Producer’s prior written consent in each instance, Author shall not dispose of or exploit, or authorize the disposition or exploitation of, any of the rights reserved to Author under Section 7 of the AV Agreement, including, without limitation, the grand, dramatic performance, or other live stage rights in or to the Play (collectively, the “Live Stage Rights”) for as long as Producer has any right or option hereunder to acquire such Live Stage Rights.

  • In consideration of the royalties provided for in Clause 5 below, the Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee the right to exercise the Stage Rights during the Term.

  • The grant of rights in (a) above shall for the avoidance of doubt be subject to the reservation to the Writer of Changed Format and Television Transfer rights as further provided for in clause 5.8 and 5.9, and of Stage Rights and Theatric Rights as further provided for in Clause 5.11.
