Staging Date definition

Staging Date means in relation to any employer, the first date under section 12 of the Pensions Act 2008 on which sections 2 to 9 of the Pensions Act 2008 apply to that employer, subject, in the case of an employer who wishes to set this date using the provisions for early automatic enrolment in regulation 3 of the Employers' Duties (Implementation) Regulations 2010, to the consent of the trustee company.
Staging Date means the date on which sections 2 to 9 of the 2008 Act(15) first apply to the employer; and
Staging Date means the date issued to the Employer by The Pension Regulator as thedate the employer is to apply Automatic Enrolment to their employees.

Failure by Tenant to obtain validation by any medical review board or other similar governmental licensing of the Premises required for the Permitted Use by Tenant shall not serve to extend the Term Commencement Date.
