Stand Alone Systems definition

Stand Alone Systems means systems whereby Content is delivered to a system operator on tape or other technology, and the tape or other technology now known or hereafter created and is inserted in a playback system at the system headend for delivery or otherwise delivered over a closed network utilizing fiber optic, twisted pair, coaxial cable and/or other technology for display on television receivers or video monitors located in Private Dwellings.
