Stand In Processing definition

Stand In Processing means the process whereby Vendor authorizes Transactions in the place of Customer’s Processor at times when Processor is unable to authorize such Transactions in accordance with Vendor’s standards.
Stand In Processing transaction means any transaction carried out using a Card, which transaction is processed, reviewed and authorised or denied (as the case may be) by VISA on behalf of RHB Bank.

  • Recreational vehicle means a vehicle which is:

  • Containers means any ISO standard container(s) with a maximum height of 9’6” including any reefer and/or other special containers, provided they meet ISO standards.

  • Account Application or “Application” shall mean the application, as may be amended from time to time, by which this Agreement is established between the Depositor (or following the death of the Depositor, the Beneficiary) and the Custodian. The statements contained therein shall be incorporated into this Agreement.
