Standalone Scenario definition

Standalone Scenario means the scenario that does not include an Equity Investment.
Standalone Scenario means the scenario in which the Debtors determine in their sole discretion to distribute the Reorganized EFH Common Stock to certain Holders of Claims and not to consummate the Merger.
