Standalone Scenario definition

Standalone Scenario means the scenario in which the Debtors determine to distribute Reorganized EFH Common Stock to certain Holders of Claims and Interests and not pursue the Merger or Backstop Agreement in accordance with the Bidding Procedures Order.
