Standard Implementation definition

Standard Implementation means Onboarding Services for standard ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇, and/or custom CSV data feeds that do not exceed 180 hours of MX staff time to implement.
Standard Implementation means Spiegel Group shall solely work with its Third Party Program vendor to certify the vendor's interface with Bank and Bank will not be required to provide any significant technical support with respect to ANY TEXT REMOVED PURSUANT TO THE COMPANY'S CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUEST HAS BEEN SEPARATELY SUBMITTED WITH THE U.S. SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION AND IS MARKED [***] HEREIN. establishing the vendor interface and the vendor will comply with Bank's procedures for the interface and settlement process without any customization for such vendor.
Standard Implementation means (i) the initial integration between the information systems of both parties so that Paymentus can receive Client’s customer data to be used in the provision of the Services, and Client can receive payment and other related data from Paymentus, (ii) the setup of the payment processor and bank deposit accounts, (iii) the setup of the payment channels described on Schedule A to this Agreement and (iv) the creation of business rules to be applied to the acceptance of payments, all as further described in the applicable SOW or Paymentus documentation. Any changes following the initial integration will be handled through the Change Order process.

  • Participant shall pay the following fees (“Implementation Fees”) to MX in exchange for implementation services performed by MX: Twenty-thousand dollars ($20,000) for a Standard Implementation that connects Participant to the System and enables Participant to access the System and contribute data.

  • Should Client terminate the MSA prior to Launch or fail to Launch the Service within 180 days from the Effective Date of the Agreement, for any reason (other than Paymentus’ failure to perform material terms) Paymentus may, in its sole discretion, invoice Client the Standard Implementation Value and Client shall pay such invoice within thirty (30) days of receipt of Paymentus’ final invoice for its professional services in connection therewith.

Standard Implementation means the configuration of the Connection system in standard form to facilitate access by users at the Customer site using equipment in a standard configuration (as detailed in Appendix 2)
Standard Implementation means Stage shall solely work with the Stage Vendor to certify the vendor’s interface with Bank, and Bank will not be required to provide any technical support with respect to establishing the vendor interface. The Stage Vendor will comply with Bank’s procedures for the interface and settlement process without any customization by Bank.
