Standard Lead Times definition

Standard Lead Times means the delivery intervals or lead times (as measured from the date of receipt of a conforming Order) permitted to Seller to manufacture, ship and install Products and Licensed Materials as set forth in Attachment 1.1D to this Agreement;
Standard Lead Times for each Product on Exhibit A. The termStandard Lead Time” means the minimum period of time between when Seller receives a Firm Order from Buyer for a particular Product, and when Seller makes that Product available for shipment at Seller’s dock.

Examples of Standard Lead Times in a sentence

  • Provided that Purchaser is then in material compliance with this Agreement, Mellanox will use its reasonable best efforts to accept all Orders placed that are consistent with the Standard Lead Times and Purchasers’ forecasts and its reasonable commercial efforts to accept Orders that are outside such Standard Lead Times or forecasts.

  • Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, Seller agrees to deliver all Orders placed by Customer in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement within the Standard Lead Times.

  • Standard Lead Times: Following are Locus Energy’s standard hardware lead times, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • The Buyer may also request a shorter lead time as compared to the published Standard Lead Times in effect at the time of placing the order.

  • Orders without a requested shipping date will be subject to the Seller’s published Standard Lead Times in effect at the time of placing the order.

  • Mellanox may change such Standard Lead Times in its sole discretion upon a 30-day written notice to Purchaser, such change shall apply only to Orders received following the lapse of such notice period, provided that quantities ordered during the notice period are consistent with the then current forecast, historical run rates and past purchases.

  • Customer may submit a Purchase Order specifying a shorter lead time, and Supplier may accept or reject such Purchase Order at its sole discretion, provided that if Supplier accepts such Purchase Order, Supplier agrees to be bound by the agreed Guaranteed Delivery Date(s) (as defined below) in such Purchase Order, and such Purchase Order shall be considered to be placed under Standard Lead Times.

  • Seller’s Standard Lead Times as defined in Attachment A-1 for CDES and Attachment B-1 for MTS, as applicable, shall apply in determining the minimum time required between placement of an Order and the delivery dates requested in the Order, if not expressly agreed otherwise between the parties in a particular case.

  • Customer and Supplier shall review the Standard Lead Times on a quarterly basis.
