Standard Maintenance definition

Standard Maintenance means the first maintenance phase for a product. Standard maintenance begins with the delivery of the respective product and is guaranteed for a minimum period of three (3) years (end of standard maintenance). The three-year period begins with the last customer shipment.
Standard Maintenance. Signal West LLC's connection point ends at the Subscriber Module. Any trouble beyond our network or equipment is the full responsibility of the Subscriber and their subsequent Network Administrator or vendor. Indemnification/Release: Subscriber, its agent, successor and/or assigns expressly agrees to indemnify and release Signal West LLC, its affiliates, subcontractors, employees, agents, assigns or successors from any liability for any claims, losses, actions, damages, suits, or proceedings arising out of or otherwise related to Subscriber's installation of, use of, or termination of Signal West LLC's services hereunder including but not limited to, Subscriber's access to content uploaded or downloaded using Signal West LLC's service from any source or to any recipient. Subscriber further releases Signal West LLC from any responsibility or liability related to the accuracy, quality for confidentiality of any information available by or through Signal West LLC's systems and/or the wireless network. Subscriber's release of Signal West LLC includes any actions or inaction by Signal West LLC which amount to negligence. Standard Maintenance means Preventive and/or Remedial Maintenance, and includes but may not be limited to: hardware parts, software and components, labor, fees and expenses.

More Definitions of Standard Maintenance

Standard Maintenance means the general support and maintenance Esri makes available for unmodified applicable Products, including Incident tracking, attempts to correct errors, new releases, and enhancements as described in the Esri US Software Standard Maintenance Program.
Standard Maintenance is performed when upgrades or system updates are desirable. “Emergency Maintenance” is performed when a critical system update must be applied quickly to avoid significant Downtime. Standard Maintenance may be performed weekly on Monday and Wednesday between the hours of 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. in Broomfield, Colorado. Lessor will provide Lessee with notice at least 24 hours in advance of Standard Maintenance.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations, which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.
