Standard Operating Conditions definition

Standard Operating Conditions means, for Regasification Flow Rates up to five hundred (500) MMscfd and a minimum temperature of Regasified LNG at the outlet of the regasification module being five degrees centigrade (5°C): (a) when operating in Open Loop Configuration, based on a minimum seawater temperature of thirteen degrees centigrade (13°C); (b) when operating in Combined Loop Configuration, based on a minimum seawater temperature of seven degrees centigrade (7°C); and (c) when operating in Closed Loop Configuration, based on seawater temperatures below seven degrees centigrade (7°C).
Standard Operating Conditions means, with the minimum temperature of Regasified LNG at the outlet of the regasification module being five (5) degrees centigrade and a send-out pressure between (and including) eighty-four (84) ▇▇▇▇ and seventy-five (75) ▇▇▇▇: (a) when operating in Open Loop Configuration, based on a minimum seawater temperature of thirteen (13) degrees centigrade for Regasification Flow Rates up to four hundred (400) MMscfd; and (b) when operating in Combined Loop Configuration two hundred and forty (240) MMscfd, subject always to the provision of sufficient amount of warm water to facilitate such nomination.
Standard Operating Conditions means the heater is working up to original advertised specifications.
