Standard Status definition

Standard Status. As of any date of determination, the Purchased Mortgage Loan has been subject to a Transaction for less than the Maximum Dwell Time and is not a Noncompliant Mortgage Loan or a Defective Mortgage Loan.
Standard Status. As of any date of determination, a Purchased Asset that has been subject to a Transaction for less than the applicable Maximum Dwell Time and that is not a Noncompliant Asset or a Defective Asset.
Standard Status. As of any date of determination, the Pledged Mortgage Loan has been pledged as Collateral for less than the Maximum Dwell Time and is not a Noncompliant Mortgage Loan or a Defective Mortgage Loan.

Examples of Standard Status in a sentence

  • For any Purchased Asset with Standard Status, the maximum number of days such Purchased Asset can be not repurchased by Seller before such Purchased Asset may be deemed to be a Noncompliant Asset; and (ii) with respect to a Noncompliant Asset, the maximum number of days that such Noncompliant Asset can be deemed to be a Noncompliant Asset before it may be deemed to be a Defective Asset, all as set forth in the Transactions Terms Letter.

  • If applicable per the Transactions Terms Letter, as of any date of determination, a Purchased Asset that is an Eligible Asset and was not repurchased prior to the expiration of the Maximum Dwell Time permitted for a Purchased Asset with Standard Status but was repurchased prior to the expiration of the Maximum Dwell Time for Noncompliant Assets.

More Definitions of Standard Status

Standard Status means the status for which the conditions are specified by Regulation 16.
Standard Status. As of any date of determination, the Pledged Mortgage Loan has been pledged as Collateral for less than the Maximum Dwell Time and is not a Noncompliant Mortgage Loan or a Defective Mortgage Loan. SUBORDINATED DEBT: Debt of Borrower that has been subordinated as provided in SECTION 7.1(A)(XII) or as otherwise approved by Lender.
Standard Status means that the given Monitoring Parameter, at a given Monitoring Point (i.e., a MonPt/MonPar pair, for tracking/administrative purposes) has not shown as verified indication of a release yet, so, its purpose, in the monitoring program, is to detect the arrival of the release. This includes MonPt/MonPar pairs, during an evaluation monitoring or corrective action program, that have not yet shown a verified release indication. This also includes MonPars that had historical verified detections but are not currently classified in Tracking Status;

  • Level VI Status exists at any date if, on such date, the Borrower has not qualified for Level I Status, Level II Status, Level III Status, Level IV Status or Level V Status.

  • Level V Status exists at any date if, on such date, the Borrower has not qualified for Level I Status, Level II Status, Level III Status or Level IV Status.

  • Level I Status exists at any date if, as of the last day of the fiscal quarter of the Borrower referred to in the most recent Financials, the Leverage Ratio is less than 1.00 to 1.00.

  • Level IV Status exists at any date if, on such date, (i) the Borrower has not qualified for Level I Status, Level II Status or Level III Status and (ii) the Borrower's ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ Rating is Baa3 or better or the Borrower's S&P Rating is BBB- or better.

  • Level III Status exists at any date if, on such date, (i) the Borrower has not qualified for Level I Status or Level II Status and (ii) the Borrower's ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ Rating is Baa2 or better or the Borrower's S&P Rating is BBB or better.
