Standard Wage Rates definition

Standard Wage Rates means the rates of pay for the respective categories of employment, as defined and set out in the wage schedules attached to HT-IR-POL-001, thus ensuring uniformity across the NMPP Project.
Standard Wage Rates means the rates of pay for the respective categories of employment, as defined and set out in the wage schedules attached to the Project Industrial Relations Policy and Management Plan (IRP).
