Standby Liquidation System definition

Standby Liquidation System means a system satisfactory to the Liquidation Servicer by which the Liquidation Servicer will receive and store electronic information regarding Receivables from the Master Servicer which may be utilized in the event of a liquidation of the Receivables to be carried out by the Liquidation Servicer.
Standby Liquidation System means a system by which the Trustee will receive and store electronic information regarding Receivables from the Servicer and each Sub-Servicer which may be utilized in the event of a liquidation of the Receivables to be carried out by the Trustee, as described in Appendix B.
