Standing Procedures definition

Standing Procedures means the procedures prepared by Operator under Schedule 4.
Standing Procedures means the O&M Procedures Manuals and any other standard operating and maintenance procedures that would be implemented by a Reasonable and Prudent Operator in conformity with Pipeline Standards.
Standing Procedures means the operational and Site policies and procedures for the operation and maintenance of the Facility furnished by Owner and finalized by Owner and Operator during the Mobilization and Start-Up Period.
