Staples Lease is defined in Section 1.03 (C)(1)(a).
Examples of Staples Lease in a sentence
Mortgagor shall not under any circumstance, without Mortgagee's prior written consent, amend or modify either of the Olive Garden Lease or the Staples Lease (each an "Option Lease") or take any other action which in any manner accelerates or permits an earlier exercise, or removes conditions to the exercise by the Olive Garden Tenant or the Staples Tenant (each an "Option Tenant"), of either the Olive Garden Option or the Staples Option (each a "Purchase Option").
All rights of Seller under the leases described on Exhibit C attached hereto, together with all amendments or modifications thereto and the Staples Lease if fully executed and delivered by the landlord and tenant therein prior to the Closing ("Leases").
