Recipient will allow the State Auditor to audit or cause to be audited the Funds.
Without limiting the foregoing, this Agreement is subject to examinations and audit by the State Auditor for a period of three years after final payment.
Such fiscal records and reports shall be retained in a manner consistent with the Budgeting, Accounting, and Reporting System for Counties and Cities and other Local Governments as issued by the State Auditor.
