Examples of State Auditor in a sentence
Code Section 8546.7, all records, documents, conditions, and activities of CONTRACTOR, and its subcontractors, related to the services provided pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall be subject to the examination and audit of the California State Auditor and any other duly authorized agents of the State of California for a period of three (3) years after the date of final payment hereunder.
Contractor’s books, records, documents, papers, accounting procedures and practices, and other evidences relevant to this Contract are subject to the examination, duplication, transcription and audit by the County and either the legislative or State Auditor, pursuant to Minn.
The City or State Auditor or any of their representatives shall have full access to and the right to examine during normal business hours the Consultant's records with respect to all matters covered in this contract.
At no additional cost, these records, including Materials generated under the Contract, shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection, review or audit by DCYF, personnel duly authorized by DCYF, the Office of the State Auditor, and federal and state officials so authorized by law, regulation or agreement.
