Examples of State Auditor in a sentence
The State Auditor shall have access to persons and records as a result of all contracts or grants entered into by State agencies or political subdivisions in accordance with General Statute 147-64.7. Additionally, as the State funding authority, the Department of Health and Human Services shall have access to persons and records as a result of all contracts or grants entered into by State agencies or political subdivisions.
At no additional cost, these records, including materials generated under the contract, shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection, review or audit by COMMERCE, personnel duly authorized by COMMERCE, the Office of the State Auditor, and federal and state officials so authorized by law, regulation or agreement.
This Agreement is subject to examinations and audit by the State Auditor for a period three (3) years after final payment.
The Contractor shall, at no cost, provide DSHS and the Office of the State Auditor with reasonable access to Contractor’s place of business, Contractor’s records, and DSHS client records, wherever located.
These inspection rights are intended to allow DSHS and the Office of the State Auditor to monitor, audit, and evaluate the Contractor’s performance and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and these Contract terms.
