State Cannabis Regulations definition

State Cannabis Regulations means the regulations promulgated by the State Licensing Authorities pursuant to the California Cannabis Laws.
State Cannabis Regulations means the regulations promulgated by the State Licensing Authority pursuant to the California Cannabis Laws (3 CCR § 8000 et seq., 17 CCR § 40100 et seq., 42 CCR 35000 et seq., or their respective successors).
State Cannabis Regulations means the regulations related to the retail sale of medicinal cannabis issued by the applicable State Licensing Authority in accordance with Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 26070) of Division 10 of the Business and Professions Code, which may be amended from time to time.
