State Counsel definition

State Counsel means a person holding or acting in the office of State Counsel, of any description, including a Pupil State Counsel who has taken and subscribed the Oath of Allegiance before the Chief Justice pursuant to section 8 of the Official Oaths Act, Cap. 153.
