State Directed Payment definition

State Directed Payment means a payment made by Contractor to eligible Participating Providers pursuant to a State Directed Payment Arrangement.
State Directed Payment means a Medicaid managed care delivery system and provider payment initiative authorized under 42 C.F.R § 438.6(c).

  • Permitted Payments to Parent means, without duplication as to amounts:

  • Defaulted Payment has the meaning specified in the definition of “Defaulting Lender”.
