State Directed Payment definition

State Directed Payment means a payment made by Contractor to eligible Participating Providers pursuant to a State Directed Payment Arrangement.
State Directed Payment means a Medicaid managed care delivery system and provider payment initiative authorized under 42 C.F.R. § 438.6(c).
