State Guidelines means, to the extent applicable to the works the subject of this Expression of Interest, the Implementation Guidelines to the New South Wales Code of Practice for Procurement: Building and Construction or the Implementation Guidelines to the Queensland Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry.
