State Investment definition

State Investment means any state grants, tax exemptions, tax refunds, tax credits, or other state incentives provided to a business under a program administered by the department, including the capital investment tax credit under s. 220.191.
State Investment means the investment in the Project by the State required by Sections 4.01(B)(1), 4.02(B)(1) and (3), and 4.03(C)(1) and (2).
State Investment means the aggregate amount of payments owed by the State to LAEP or a Project SPE during the term of a Project pursuant to the relevant Contract Documents; provided, however, that in no event may any Termination Fee paid, payable or owed by the State or any State Entity constitute or be considered a State Investment for any purpose whatsoever.
