State Manager means the State Manager, AMEB (NSW), employed under the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002 by the Office of the Board of Studies, New South Wales and accountable to the Chief Executive of the Office of the Board of Studies, New South Wales for the total management of the AMEB (NSW) and the management of the AMEB (NSW) personnel and finances.
State Manager means an Associate who is rendering services to the Employer under a State Manager Contract.
