State Pharmacy Council definition
State Pharmacy Council means a State Pharmacy Council of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy constituted under section 23, and includes a Joint State Pharmacy Council constituted in accordance with an agreement under section 24;
State Pharmacy Council means the State Council constituted by the State Government under section 19 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
