commercial presence means any type of business or professional establishment, including through:
(i) the constitution, acquisition or maintenance of a juridical person; or
(ii) the creation or maintenance of a branch or a representative office; within the territory of a Party for the purpose of supplying a service;
Physical presence means a place of business that is maintained by a Foreign Bank and is located at a fixed address, other than solely a post office box or an electronic address, in a country in which the Foreign Bank is authorized to conduct banking activities, at which location the Foreign Bank (i) employs one or more individuals on a full-time basis, (ii) maintains operating records related to its banking activities, and (iii) is subject to inspection by the banking authority that licensed the Foreign Bank to conduct banking activities.
AT&T OKLAHOMA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Oklahoma.
Point of Presence or "POP" means the Point of Presence of an IXC. "Pole Attachment" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.8.1.
Certificate of ownership means a paper or an electronic
State entity means the department, division, office, bureau, agency, or other organization identified on the Contract Signature Page(s).
AT&T MISSISSIPPI means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Mississippi.
Subordinate joint force commander means a sub-unified commander or joint task force commander.
State Engineer means the person holding the position as head of the state engineer’s office.
CPN is a Common Channel Interoffice Signaling ("CCIS") parameter which refers to the number transmitted through a network identifying the calling party.
Notary public means an individual commissioned to perform a notarial act by the secretary of state.
Certificate of organization means the certificate required by section 489.201. The term includes the certificate as amended or restated.
Notary means any practising attorney who is admitted and enrolled to practise as a notary in terms of this Act;
resident of a Contracting State means any person who, under the laws of that State, is liable to tax therein by reason of his domicile, residence, place of management or any other criterion of a similar nature, and also includes that State and any political subdivision or local authority thereof. This term, however, does not include any person who is liable to tax in that State in respect only of income from sources in that State or capital situated therein.
Deed means a quitclaim deed(s) substantially in the form set out in the attached
Official record means the record prepared and maintained by the department for each offender and juvenile received into the physical care and custody of the department. The record shall include, but is not limited to, written, printed, or electronic materials, documents, or data pertaining to services, programs, and all other official actions performed on behalf of that offender or juvenile. These records are identified by the same offender or juvenile name as received on the commitment order, assigned a department number as an identifier, and compiled and maintained as part of an offender/juvenile packet.
Certificate of Amendment means the Certificate of Amendment of the Company, the form of which is attached as Exhibit A.
County Attorney means the County Attorney of the County of Suffolk.
Certificate of inspection means an unsworn statement,
Certificate of Trust means the Certificate of Trust in the form of Exhibit B to be filed for the Trust pursuant to Section 3810(a) of the Statutory Trust Statute.
State bank means any bank incorporated pursuant to the provisions of this chapter after January 1, 1970, and any “state bank” incorporated pursuant to the laws of this state and doing business as such on January 1, 1970, or a bank organized as a limited liability company or a mutual corporation under this chapter.
AT&T KANSAS means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Kansas.
Deed of Trust means this Deed of Trust, Assignment, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing, as the same may from time to time be extended, amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified.
Point of Order means a matter that a Member considers to be a departure from or contravention of the rules, procedures or generally accepted practices of Council.
