State rules and regulations definition

State rules and regulations means all applicable rules and regulations of the State of Tennessee applicable to alcoholic beverages, as now in effect or as they may hereafter be changed, including without limitation the local option liquor rules and regulations of the state.
State rules and regulations means the Tennessee rules and regulations as promulgated from time to time by the Commissioner pursuant to the state sales tax law.
