State Standards definition

State Standards means documents defining standards for floodplain management as adopted by the Director of the Arizona Department of Water Resources pursuant to A.R.S. 48- 3605(A).
State Standards means Appendix 75-A, Wastewater Treatment Standards—Individual Household Systems, pursuant to the authority vested in the New York State Commissioner of Health by Section 201(1)(1) of the Public Health Law.
State Standards means the Wyoming Content and Performance Standards, also known as the Uniform Student Content and Performance Standards, that define what students should be provided the opportunity to learn in the ten (10) content areas as described in W.S. 21-9-101(b) and set by the State Board of Education in Chapter 10 Education Rules.

More Definitions of State Standards

State Standards means the design standards of the Tx-DOT - Design Division, and specifications as established by the most recent of the Tx-DOT - Standard Specifications for Construction of Highways, Streets and Bridges.

  • Applicable Standards means the requirements and guidelines of NERC, the Applicable Regional Entity, and the Control Area in which the Customer Facility is electrically located; the PJM Manuals; and Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.

  • Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Specifications and Standards means the specifications and standards relating to the quality, quantity, capacity and other requirements for the Project Highway, as set forth in Schedule-D, and any modifications thereof, or additions thereto, as included in the design and engineering for the Project Highway submitted by the Contractor to, and expressly approved by, the Authority;
