Statement of Conformity means, in respect of an Aircraft, a statement of conformity issued by the Aviation Authority of the Delivery Location in respect of such Aircraft.

Statement of Conformity or “SoC” means the provision of written attestation of conformity (a certificate), by an impartial product certification body which is independent of the organisation or person that provides the electronic communications equipment, electronic communications facility or subscriber equipment, confirming that the electronic communications equipment, electronic communications facility or subscriber equipment meets the essential requirements, as prescribed in regulation 3;

Statement of Conformity means a statement/ declaration that the greenfield soil and stone conforms to the National By-Product Criteria including details on the intended use of the by-product and is made available for inspection upon request by the relevant authorities.

• If UL India Private Limited is satisfied that the Product submitted is in compliance with all applicable “Certification Criteria of UAS Certification Scheme requirements” under Part 3, Part 4 and Part 5 of UAS, in addition to the requirements specified in clause 4.1.1 and 4.1.2.2 items b, c and d of ISO/IEC 17065:2012, then it will issue a Statement of Conformity (“SoC”) to Client.
