Statement of Income definition

Statement of Income has the meaning set forth in Schedule 5.5(a).
Statement of Income means at any time, the profit and loss account forming part of the latest consolidated accounts of the Group (whether audited or unaudited) delivered to the Agent under Clause 19.2 (Financial information) at that time;
