The Statement of Work Term may be extended by written agreement between the parties, whether by way of variation to the Statement of Work itself or an exchange of emails by the parties' authorised personnel.
If the Parties have not agreed upon the applicable terms and conditions with respect to such extension by the date that is ninety (90) days prior to the Statement of Work Expiration Date, then upon notice by Customer to Supplier, the Statement of Work Term will be extended for twelve (12) months from the Statement of Work Expiration Date (the “Extension Period”) pursuant to the terms and conditions applicable immediately prior to the Statement of Work Expiration Date.

If during such Extension Period the Parties are unable to reach agreement regarding the terms and conditions applicable to any further extension of the Statement of Work Term, then subject to Section 12 of the Master Agreement, this IT Infrastructure Statement of Work will expire at the end of the Extension Period.
If during such Extension Period the Parties are unable to reach agreement regarding the terms and conditions applicable to any further extension of the Statement of Work Term, then subject to Section 12 of the Master Agreement, this F&A Statement of Work will expire at the end of the Extension Period.
At the beginning of each calendar month during the Term and each Statement of Work Term, the Parties will discuss the projected business volume for each Statement of Work for the following month.
