Statement with Respect to Shares means this Statement with Respect to Shares relating to the Series M Preferred Stock, as it may be amended from time to time.

Statement with Respect to Shares means the Statement with Respect to Shares or comparable instrument relating to the Designated Preferred Stock, of which these Standard Provisions form a part, as it may be amended from time to time.

Statement with Respect to Shares means the Statement with Respect to Shares filed with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania establishing the Stock as a series of preferred stock of the Company.

• All notices or communications in respect of the Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock shall be sufficiently given if given in writing and delivered in person or by first class mail, postage prepaid, or if given in such other manner as may be permitted in the Statement with Respect to Shares, in the Articles of Incorporation or the By-laws and by applicable law.
