Statement with Respect to Shares means this Statement with Respect to Shares relating to the Series L Preferred Stock, as it may be amended from time to time.
Statement with Respect to Shares means the Statement with Respect to Shares or comparable instrument relating to the Designated Preferred Stock, of which these Standard Provisions form a part, as it may be amended from time to time.
Statement with Respect to Shares means the Statement with Respect to Shares filed with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania establishing the Stock as a series of preferred stock of the Company.
